Haber Motel Enterprise Ltd

Da mein Flug schon sehr früh ankam, war ich schon vor 8 Uhr in der Unterkunft und durfte ins Zimmer. Mir wurde nur der Übernachtungspreis berechnet, wie bei booking.com gebucht. Vor dem Zimmer gab es draußen noch Tisch und Stuhl für gemütlichen Abend.

Abends wurde mir bestätigt, dass der Check-out um 10 Uhr ist. Kurz nach 9 wurde geklopft; ich solle jetzt schon geben, da ich gestern so früh kam. In der Dusche gab es kein Wasser. Auf Nachfrage, wurde mir aber ein Eimer mit Wasser gebracht. Unterkunft war schwierig zu finden, jedes Boda-Boda musste erst einmal anrufen.

The staff was very friendly & helpful - and their 24hour reception is very nice! The fan in the room was much needed & appreciated! The shower was lovely (it was my mistake to not turn the hot water tap on haha). Very kind that they even provide flipflops for the bathroom & a toothbrush (though I didn't end up using either). Breakfast was also delivered to my room - even 10 min early and to my convenience according to my travel plans that day. I was very impressed & thankful, otherwise I would've overslept. The location felt 'rural' but I think that's what most of Entebbe is like.. it's within 15min from the Victoria Mall and the botanical gardens, so that was good enough for me.

Though the bedding & towel was clean, the room had some spiderwebs in the door and a very dirty window sill in the bathroom. The toilet seat was also broken and thus uncomfortable but usable.

Pequenos almoços demorados e com pouca escolha. Ter de pedir insistentemente por sabonete e papel higiénico. WiFi deficiente na segunda semana.
