Posizione in centro. Appartamento tipico leccese con soffitto suggestivo bellissimo. Una camera da letto molto grande e molto bella. Il secondo letto si trova in soggiorno anch'esso abbastanza spazioso. Zona e appartamento molto silenziosi. Il proprietario disponibile.
Il bagno è molto datato ma funzionante. La cucina c'è è funzionante ma è quasi inutilizzabile in quanto le poche stoviglie non sono proprio pulite come anche il microonde. Al nostro arrivo il frigo era spento e ha impiegato un po' a rinfrescare. Il condizionatore è solo nella camera da letto quindi manca l'aria condizionata in soggiorno dove tra l'altro c'è il secondo letto.

Manque la climatisation dans la première pièce (séjour) qui sert aussi de chambre.

Era un departamento amplio y el anfitrión fue muy amable explicándonos por WhatsApp todas las indicaciones necesarias para ingresar.
El aire no llegaba a enfriar el ambiente porque los techos son muy altos. Podría cerrar mejor la puerta del baño

La rehabilitació de l’apartament està molt bé però no concorda amb el bany ni la cuina Es molt cèntric això si que ho te de bo
Bany molt petit, el plat de dutxa surt aigua i vell respecte la resta de l’estança La cuina molt vella i algu bruta No cuiden els detalls de l’apartament, el cablejat del router TV …. Apartament poc personalitzat. Poc acollidor
