Good location close to the old town and Spanish quarters. Windows were quite sound proof which was nice because of the busy street outside. The styling of the room and reception was very inviting. The staff was exceptional!

Situated right in the centre of Napoli, we couldn’t have found a better location for our stay. Staff were helpful (Gabriella was so lovely). Very nice clean room and balcony. They let us leave our bags for as long as we needed and arranged us a taxi to the airport.

The lady at the front desk, Gabrielle, was the star of the show. Extremely caring, friendly and communicated well before check-in.
It seems like a common theme in Naples but the artificial scents used for aroma in the rooms are very overpowering.

The shower and tub were not very clean. Bad smell in bathroom.
