Es un tanto oscuro, ruidoso y al guardia de la entrada o le suben el sueldo o enséñenlo a ser más amable, cordial, es la primera imagen del huésped ante el establecimiento.

Beautifully designed room, perfect location & comfy bed

Bathroom was a little small, there weren’t many facilities in the building so it felt like an apartment rather than a hotel.

Location was excellent.

This property required a deposit, which most properties do not ask for. My deposit was not returned until 5 business days after my departure. The property did mention that it would be 4 to 5 business days, but I don't understand why it would take so long. They did respond to my messages about the deposit, which I appreciated. Also, the room was smaller than I expected, more like a hotel room and it was very dark as it face the inner courtyard. Perhaps with a room facing the street, it might have been better.

Definitely the best part of the stay was the location. The room was cosy but not big enough to be comfortable.

ChiCo is charging the price of a hotel, but it does not provide hotel facilities or services. The staff was unattentive and distant. For example, even though they saw us carrying two very big suitcases and two small ones, they didn't offer any type of assistance. The property does not have a lift, so if you're carrying heavy luggage and staying in any upper room, you'll have to help yourself. On top of that, they request you to pay a ridiculously high deposit (yes, they will return it after approximately 6-7 days, but it's unnecessarily annoying). I would not recommend this property unless you are a very casual traveller with very light luggage. I made the mistake of not researching deep enough before staying here.
