A lovely place to stay in condesa - comfortable amazing location and clean

Beautifully designed room, perfect location & comfy bed

Bathroom was a little small, there weren’t many facilities in the building so it felt like an apartment rather than a hotel.

Great location

Location was excellent.

This property required a deposit, which most properties do not ask for. My deposit was not returned until 5 business days after my departure. The property did mention that it would be 4 to 5 business days, but I don't understand why it would take so long. They did respond to my messages about the deposit, which I appreciated. Also, the room was smaller than I expected, more like a hotel room and it was very dark as it face the inner courtyard. Perhaps with a room facing the street, it might have been better.

Location

I booked two nights and stayed the first one. On the second morning, when I woke up at 6am to take a shower, I found many many hairs stuck to the shower walls. This is completely unacceptable from a hotel. I contacted the hotel immediately, but they did not reply until 9am, by which time I had already checked out and left for the office. I do not recommend this place.

I love the room and the location steps from Parque Mexico. Perfect location. The place was exceptionally clean.

I was on the second floor (which I would call the third floor). The staircase is wide and elegant and there is no lift or elevator. The doorman was very considerate of me and brought my suitcase up to my room. I brought it down myself, proving to my 72 year old self that I can still do it.

Hidden (affordable) gem in the Condesa

Amazing location in the Condesa, very close to the Amsterdam street. The building got nicely renovated and the rooms are very comfortable.

It's just a detail but the check-in was a bit confusing. We had a bit of a hard time to contact someone directly and as I was travelling for work I didn't have time to lose.

It was very clean, comfortable and modern. The ambiance, the service, everything. The location is incredible, safe and so many things to do nearby

Gran ubicación, pésimo aislamiento acústico

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es la ubicación. A menos de una cuadra de Parque México en la Condesa, cerca de muchos restaurantes. Muy bien conectado con el resto de la ciudad. Lamentablemente no tiene estacionamiento y cuando llegas en auto propio es difícil encontrar donde dejar el coche.

Pésimo aislamiento acústico. En las noches se escuchaba todo, cuando alguien entraba al edificio, escuchaba sus conversaciones aunque hablaran en un volumen normal. En la habitación se escuchaba el sonido de una bomba de agua o algo similar durante la noche. Incluso llegué a escuchar los ronquidos de una persona en la habitación contigua a la mía. Tienen que mejorar ese aspecto.

Increíble

Todo excelente, la zona es increíble, tienes opciones cerca para comer y visitar. Además hay seguridad 24/7 en le edificio, es staff fue de gran ayuda. 100% volvería.
