We decided to give this property an excellent rating because the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay as pleasant as possible. He was absolutely exceptional. He really was an excellent host. Super responsive, nice, helpful etc. The house was very spacious.

Minor issues, nothing I would rate poorly. (Broken blinds, dishwasher, pool screen)

There are lots of pluses here: It was well cleaned, it has a pool and hot tub, there is a game room, including a pool table. It is convenient to the parks, restaurants, shopping. There are five bedrooms, one downstairs en suite, two of the upstairs ones are en suite. Good kids bedrooms (but we were a group of six adults). Adequate furniture on the porch and in the house. We had good contact with the owner while we were on site and immediately before we got there. He was responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

Given its use, it was a little worn in places (loose trim inside of front door, broken towel holder in downstairs bedroom, damage to pool rack in the game room), all minor but evident. Only three pool towels where we needed more. Typically there are likely to be more users. The pool can be heated but required an additional $100 charge. No wine glasses, but other glasses. If the house was at capacity, don't know if there were enough dishes. The showers were very slippery and didn't have floor mats. We used one of the small towels for traction. You will have to bring in everything you want to consume, since we were asked to clean everything out when we left.

The property was perfect for me and my family, it was well equipped for dinning and swimming and we even got to watch crocodiles/alligator from the pool

The rugs could be replaced in some areas

Spacious, and great location.
