It is a good little property in a great location.
The walls are dirty, the furniture is uncomfortable, the windows all rattle.

Had everything needed in kitchen and laundry. Parking convenient. Great for pets. Good storage for surf craft.
Needed better heating.

The kitchen facilities was great...the lounge was not very comfortable though. Lawn could have been mowed prior to arriving. No window coverings for kitchen area. Cost was a bit over the top but we needed a place that accepted dogs.
