This villa is set half way between Moffat Beach and Kings Beach. A 10 minute stroll and you will be digging your toes into the sand. There is a local coffee shop 5 minutes away at Shelly Beach. Kings Beach has the patrolled beach and also a salt water public pool, water fountains and many restaurants. While Moffat Beach is known for its café precinct and award winning Boutique brewery.
This 3 bedroom walk up Villa, has just been painted and had a mini renovation to make if feel fresh and homely. It has an open plan living dining and kitchen area with a veranda off the lounge. Here is where you will spend your afternoons sitting sipping wine and grilling a steak on the BBQ.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed with TV and Air Con. The 2 other bedrooms have standard fans.

Happy with the property which has been given a make-over recently. Big lounge and kitchen.Would be excellent if the rear windows were overhauled. Tastefully decorated.Note: The bath is quite high and a bit dangerous for us ‘mature’ visitors.Short drive to shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches .We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for local family to come and go walking distance to beaches, backyard ideal for puppy who is a digger and did not get out. The property manager was accessible at all times, super friendly providing a little welcome pack, would recommend to all especially low frills families. #1 Spot

Lovely place, very neat, tidy and spacious with plenty of room for a large group of needed. Good location in proximity to the beach and shops. Would certainly recommend.

Fans not working 2 TV MAIN BEDROOM NO SIGNAL NO BATTERIES IN REMOTE DOOR LOCKS HARD TO USE REFRIGERATOR TO SMALL FOR FAMILY NO AC IN OTHER BEDROOMS VAC WAS FULL WATER LEAK ON DRIVEWAY WAS SLIPPERY GRANDDAUGHTER TO FALLOVER
