Ottima posizione ad appena 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus. Aria condizionata funzionante ed efficiente. Host disponibile e gentile.
Pulizia da rivedere. Asciugamani macchiati e ambiente un po’ trascurato con oggetti rotti come le lampadine sul comodino e zone della stanza sporche come la finestra nel bagno. Inoltre la mensola in bagno impediva l’apertura completa del lavandino.

3. Muy buena iluminación y ventilación natural.
1. El aseo de los baños y la habitación deja mucho que pensar.
2. La ducha tiene muchos hongos.
3. Cama incómoda y pequeña.
4. La puerta de ingreso a la habitación es muy insegura.
5. Ropa de cama pésima, cortinas convertidas en sábanas.
6. Funciona el Internet para celular, pero imposible conectarse a un computador.
7. Las ventanas sin cortinas.
Recomendaría al administrador que invierta un poco en mejorar el sitio, creo que tiene potencial.

We had an excellent stay at Benedetto Cairoli Guest House in Bari. The accommodation was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the city center with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and transport. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to help. Everything was clearly explained, especially how each key works, which made check-in and staying very easy. We also really appreciated that the owner kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out since our flight was late in the evening, which made our last day much more comfortable. The overall attention to detail and hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.
Nothing to dislike. Everything was great and I would highly recommend this accommodation.

La posizione eccellente a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 10 min da Bari Vecchia. Terrazzo utile per fumatori. Comunicazione con host eccellente.
La stanza si presenta arredata con approssimazione ed è usurata dal tempo (pareti, mobili). È evidente il forte stato di usura dei bagni: Mobile bagno da buttare. La doccia passabile ma vecchia (sia il piatto doccia che il soffione) La cucina al piano superiore non è dotata di beni essenziali come acqua o caffè.
