    Good location, clean
    There was a plastic waterproof cover on the mattress under the sheet, which was noisy and uncomfortable. First time I had it, and it's not a pleasant sleeping experience

    Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και καθαρό, με ικανοποιητικό εξοπλισμό και ησυχία. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό και γραφικό σημείο της πόλης.
    Οι οικοδεσπότες θα μπορούσαν να έχουν ακριβείς οδηγίες για την παραλαβή και την παράδοση των κλειδιών και τη λειτουργία του ασανσέρ. Ίσως το πάρκινγκ δυσκολέψει κάποιον που δε γνωρίζει την πόλη.

    Πολύ όμορφο και βολικό αλλά ενοχλητικά κρύο
    Ήταν πεντακάθαρο με εύκολη διαδικασία check in. Είχε καφετιέρα με καφέδες και welcome παστελάκι Είχε φρέσκια διακόσμηση
    Δεν είναι κατάλληλο για διαμονή τον Χειμώνα δηλαδή για μέρες θερμοκρασίες 8-9 βαθμούς και κάτω γιατί το κλιματιστικό δεν μπορεί να καλύψει τον χώρο.

    Schöne, sehr zentrale Unterkunft in Veria, jedoch erschwerte Kommunikation
    Schöne Einrichtung, sehr zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung, für kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet.
    Wir wurden im Vorfeld nicht informiert, wie der (kontaktlose) Check-in ablaufen soll, obwohl wir ca. 4h vor unserer Ankunft eine Nachricht an die Gastgeber über die Chat-Funktion in Booking.com geschrieben hatten. Als wir dann da waren, wussten wir gar nicht, ob wir überhaupt hineinkommen würden und ließen unser Gepäck daher in einem zentralen Parkhaus (ca. 600m entfernt; in unmittelbarer Umgebung (Altstadt) gibt es sonst keine Parkmöglichkeiten); dieses mussten wir später dann nochmal extra holen. Wir riefen die Gastgeber dann an, woraufhin die Kommunikation via Telefon zwar nicht funktionierte, aber wir dann zum Glück via SMS kontaktiert wurden und die Check-in Anweisungen erhielten. Leider wurden wir dabei auch nicht darüber informiert, dass der Boiler via Sicherungskasten aktiviert werden muss, was wir uns dann schon irgendwann selbst erschlossen haben, aber entsprechend dann auch lange warten mussten, bis das Wasser aufgeheizt war. Insgesamt also sehr schöne Unterkunft, aber mangelhafte Kommunikation.
