Very good breakfast and housekeeping. Excellent alternative to a hotel for a group from the same company, etc. Very newly renovated. Excellent air conditioning and in every room.
When taking a shower in one of the rooms, a water pump made very significant noise. But since we had rented the whole place and had the same schedule, it was easy for us to adjust for that.

The property was good, especially from inside. The rooms and breakfast area was very clean and well maintained. I had to attend a conference in the Faculty of Engineering in the Polytechnic School and Basic Sciences of the University of Naples Federico II, and this was one of the best locations (at walking distance). All amenities and restaurants at walking distance and area was safe as well.

Tutto, l’organizzazione, le stanze, il bagno! Tiziana una Host incredibilmente a modo e gentile, e super disponibile! Il letto è molto comodo, i cuscini sono bassi, ma due, per tutti i gusti! I bagni super puliti e soprattutto con un mini kit, acqua micellare e anche schiuma da barba! C’era anche a disposizione acqua, snack e caramelle, tutto super accogliente. Le foto non rendono quanto siano belle le stanze! Tutto completamente super😍
