Loved it . The stairs are quite challenging ,but you made that clear. 3 floors up a narrow spiral staircase

The location . Very pretty and quiet , and light and well equipped.

The light wasn’t working in the stairs which added to the challenge . It would be good to have a stair rail . …

Super cozy apartment!

The location is super and the balcony top!

We had to give the key back to an hotel at 10 am which we did. A couple of hours we received several calls and messages accusing us not to have brought back the keys. We were able to convince the owner that we did, but there was no sorry or anything afterwards

A pefrect autumn breakaway.

The apartment was everything you expect. With PERFECT location, clean facilities and spacious living areas it was a great value of our money. The cleaning lady was super nice, the host was reachable and helpful with any of our problems.

The stairs to the apartment are a bit steep but it is not so bad. We were out of hot water because we did not turn it on (if it happens to you i advise to not wait and immediately contact the owner who will help with that).

Wonderful apartment overall

The apartment itself is great! Very clean and we had everything that we needed. The location is really convenient, we could easily get to the port as well as the town. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Our host was very helpful in answering any questions that we had. Residents in the building are also very friendly.

Our issues are with accessibility to the apartment. I feel it would be beneficial to know about the stair situation beforehand. It was a bit of a challenge to get our larger luggage up the winding staircase without any railings. If not for this, we would rate higher :) Furthermore, whilst this was beyond our host's control, the sealed ground floor apartment did make us concerned at the start of our stay.

Kitchen was nice and had more or less everything; the area is very nice and super close to the port; balcony is nice to have (although no sun for us early March); the bed was very comfy; good and easy contact with Carine

Only limited space above the bed; bathroom could have been cleaner; stair case is very narrow and steep without railing (we had bikes with us, making it difficult to get to the apartment); the fact that the apartment on ground level was sealed by the police due to ongoing crime investigations gave us an unpleasant feeling.

Parfait pour un séjour sur Marseille !

L’appartement est en plein panier , refait à neuf , bien équipé et confortable. La terrasse avec vue sur les toits de la Major est un vrai atout ! Très calme , et à deux pas de tout !!

Para recojer las llaves tienes que ir a una tienda, si llegas mas tarde de las 7 ya no las puedes conseguir, nos tuvimos que quedar una noche en otro hostal por eso.

Квартира знаходиться на четвертому поверсі. До неї підніматися по дуже крутих, вузьких винтових сходах. Дуже екстремально, а особливо з важкими чемоданами))) Ключі 🔑 заходилися далеко від апартаментів, це також незручно….

Ottima la posizione, appartamento accogliente ma si potrebbe fare di più

La posizione perfetta, nel cuore del quartiere più bello, vicinissimo al.vieux port, cucina moderna con tutto il necessario , il terrazzino, gli accessori utili, indicazioni complete, tutto via booking, o telefono

Il soppalco con il secondo letto, molto molto basso, bisogna stare piegati, scale per raggiungere il soppalco scomode e pericolose, soppalco e scale con moquette! Il copripiumino era macchiato, la presa elettrica con fili fuori. Scale per raggiungere l'appartamento molto strette e sporche. Bagno.completo ma piccolo e il doccino perdeva. Pochi asgiugamani, in tutto 4, quindi si doveva usare lo stesso asciugamano per doccia, viso e capelli. Consiglio almeno due a persona, uno piccolo e uno grande. Nessuno ha chiesto i nostrii documenti .

Mieszkanie w samym sercu najstarszej części Marsylii Le Panier pozostanie na długo w pamięci

Wspaniała lokalizacja, apartament duży, przestronny i bardzo czysty. Bardzo duży plus za zniwelowanie „zapachu” starych kamiennic. Dodatkowy atut to tarasik ze stolikiem i krzesłami👏Aneks kuchenny wyppsażony we wszystko co niezbędne, sprzęty kuchenne w bardzo dobrym stanie. Miejscówka godna polecenia. Jedyny mankament to wspinaczka na poddasze bardzo wąską klatką schodową z krętymi schodami bez żadnych poręczy. Szczególnie trudno się dostać z bagażami.

Trochę problemów z odbiorem kluczy, miejsce oddalone od apartamentu. Wszystko inne było bardzo ok👍

L appartement est top, bien placé, bien pensé Le quartier du panier est super, tout a proximité. La major , le Mucem,grotte cosquer, le vieux port et des restaurants atypiques Transports en communs tout prêt

Les communs de l immeuble, 3 étage, escalier très étroit avec des marches hautes, sans rampes, plutôt dangereux. Avons eu du mal à monter et à descendre les bagages . Ne peut convenir à tout le monde, ce serait bien de préciser dans l annonce

Hoffentlich bald wieder!

Die Unterkunft liegt absolut zentral im Viertel Pannier. Lebensmittel,geschäfte und Bäckereien in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso Parkhaus muceum am Hafen . Die Haustreppe ist etwas steil, das Bad ist etwas eng, aber die Einrichtung freundlich, sauber und hell. Die Küche ist Ausgerüstet. Vom kleinen Balkon aus sieht man die Kuppel der Kathedrale. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt.

- il terrazzo - la dotazione della cucina - la pulizia - l'ambiente

- non si accede con la macchina al palazzo e una volta arrivati a piedi con i bagagli abbiamo scoperto che le chiavi andavano recuperate presso un hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura - nonostante la.zona centrale la via è sporca e buia - il portone del palazzo non si chiude e le scale sono strettissime, sporche e ripide e l'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore - scale del soppalco poco sicurezza - l'acqua calda ha smesso di funzionare durante una doccia e abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di due ore prima che tornasse a funzionare

Très bien placé. 10 minutes du vieux port. 2 minutes cathédrale. Aucun bruit extérieur. Équipement suffisant pour un séjour de 4 jours. Logement clair avec un joli parquet.

La montée à l'étage et le matelas sous les poutres. Montée étroite et raide.
