Great spacious appartment with pool on an excellent location with parking garage

Sometimes the housekeeper is difficult to reach

La ubicación está muy bien, los servicios adicionales como gimnasio y piscina nos encantaron. La vista es maravillosa

El nombre del edificio no se vé en la noche, me perdí. Valdría la pena que entreguen un mapa detallado para llegar y una guía de como llegar si uno viene en metro y también en coche.

The place was amazing and easy to get to by taxi 🚕 didn't get to use the pool because of some damage that took place not sure what that was about the rooms were lovely and the view was great

When I first arrived it was not a nice experience 😕 at all because I told my host my flight details on when I would be arriving and it would've been before check-in time I also asked if I could get a place to stay until check-in like the poolside or somewhere because this would be my first time there......When I got there he wasn't answering his phone the security couldn't understand me and wasn't helpful at all when I was using the translator.....I was locked out of the building I texted the owner and we had some exchange of words until my security finally came and took us to a room to keep our luggage until check-in time because the room had to be clean......so we went on the road until 3 pm I arrived at 4 and still had to wait which was disappointing 😞 I would advise that you booked a day inadvance to avoid any of that from happening to you because even though I would have reach out to my host explaining my flight details and all I needed was a place ti stored my luggage or to sit until check it time.....it still was confusion upon arrived at the establishment.......but all and all the place is beautiful 😍 and after that my stay was great.......so please guys communication is key in every business all of could've been avoided
