Yc 701 l Amazing building on Balboa Avenue

I know Grand Bay Tower very well so I wasn't new to the building. It's a very good central location for the city, coffee bean is just 100m away, you have a small supermarket nearby and a long walk you can take at the cinta costera. The apartment is big, well equipped and spacious.

They are building something next to the tower so sometimes you hear construction work going on but it is ok and temporary.

Sauna, roof top pool and gym are a very nice bonus! Very high roof top pool, amazing views

Bed was comfortable the coffee machine , blender , microwave worked well.

The place is very old and run down l. Looks like one apartment turned into two. We got the powder room with a rusty old shower that leaked . Had to keep the mop in the bathroom. The bathroom fan was so dirty. I do not think the place was used for a while took a few days to get rid of the musty smell. You could rest your head on the shower door while on the toilet. My husband had to slide on sideways. The stove partially worked, it was gas, for some elements you needed a flint. The windows are old and all the street noises were hard to block even with earplugs
