The owner was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. Really lovely people, love the art and the dining room. The coffee was very nice.
The actual room itself didn’t live up to the photos. The TV was terribly small and in a weird corner location close to the roof. The WiFi was poor. The room’s floors were sticky. 1 ply toilet paper.
The walls are very thin, we could hear everything in the dining room next to us. The Toilet is terribly close to the washing basin, so a big guy like me could not comfortably sit on it without bumping my knees against the basin cupboard.

Downstairs bedroom
No choice for breakfast, food delivered with no discussion. No fridge in the room. No tissues or ancillaries other than soap. A lot of barking dogs in adjacent properties. No assistance with luggage due to the age of the manager.
