O apartamento é ótimo, super limpo, agradavel e excelente localização. Silencioso e bem equipado.

Estávamos em 4 pessoas e o sofá cama, na sala deveria atender nossas necessidades. Mas nao foi isso que aconteceu. A almofada de um dos lados afundava e foi bem difícil pata meu filho dormir. Tivemos que dormir em 3 pessoas na cama de casal. Uma das persianas também não funcionou, o que deixava a claridade entrar.

The room was quite spacious, with beautiful natural light, very equipped and comfortable. It was on a great location, the smartlock was superb because we didn't have to worry about carrying keys around. We have a problem with the boiler and the communication was very good and they fixed it the same day as soon as possible. Overall I would definitely choose this accommodation again if I can. In addition, NW guest app was one of the best ways to check in. every detail needed was there.

It could be a bit more cleaner, and by that I mean, we were two people in the room, and the second set of towels and the sheets or pillow case had some stains, not particularly that it was dirty. But you know, attention to detail could be appreciated. Mine for example it was fine. Just a note for the future.

The location is fine, if you’re looking to, shop, party and dine.

1st, no elevator; you have to climb 3 long flights of stairs 84 steps plus 3 extended platforms between each step of 28 stairs. 2nd, you have to figure out where to turn on the lights for the stairs, not properly marked. 3rd, for extended stays no room service unless you pay a separate fee. Did get the towels changed midway through a 9 day stay. 4th, online photos are quite misleading, conditions are very much dated from the actual photos. Online pics give a bright vibrant new appeal, but it’s not the same in when you see it in person. 5th, minimal supplies were available; I had to buy paper towels and toilet paper for our stay.A partially used roll of toilet paper was there when we arrived.
