Perfect central location. Very quiet inside despite being in a busy area.

Beds and pillows are not comfortable but that is everywhere in Nicaragua

Muy buena ubicación, esta justo en el centro y queda cerca de restaurantes,cafeterias,bares en la zona

No nos dieron la habitación reservada por este medio, la foto mostraba una habitación con 1 cama matrimonial y 1 una litera y nos dieron una habitación con 2 literas, sin embargo no reclame por que las condiciones de la habitación estaban bien . Pero tomare en cuenta eso para una futura visita.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient property. The room had a desk and chair, which I really appreciate, though the desk is tiny! Despite the issues I had (listed below) the staff were very professional and seemed to want to be helpful.

When I arrived, they told me that air condtioning was not included with my reservation, even though it says it is. It was explained to me that air condition is *available* for an extra fee, but not included. I had to pay an extra $5 per day for air conditioning on top of the rate I got through booking.com. After about a week of messages back and forth with booking.com, they gave me travel credits for the extra fee. Despite the property page showing parking available nearby, the staff had no suggestions when I asked where I could park my motorcycle. I found nowhere nearby to park and had to leave the bike on the street overnight.
