The room was really nice and it's in a great location
The staff weren't too friendly or welcoming. The breakfast had limited options with no option for lunch or dinner.

The property is clean and in good location
The hotel itself was good. The room was clean, the spa was excellent, and the massage service was also very good.
However, the staff could be more welcoming and attentive. They were polite but only did the basics and didn’t seem willing to go the extra mile. For example, when my wife and I checked in with two heavy suitcases, neither the reception nor the front desk staff offered to help us with our luggage. The same thing happened when we checked out. The front desk staff, in particular, came across as a bit uptight and not very friendly.
Overall, apart from the customer service, everything else was good.
