We are very much satisfied with our stay. The location is very near to the beach and the walk. The kitchen items, electronics and toiletries are complete. The host responds promptly. It also has convenient parking along with the property. The beds and towels are clean and very comfortable.

The sound from the living room can still be heard inside the bedrooms, even the last bedroom far away, because it echoes across the hallway. I also recommend adding a shower curtain to prevent water from splashing all over the floor. But aside from that, everything is wonderful.

Great location, poor service! Appartements are great, a lot of space, 3 bathrooms, a big kitchen, great view and balcony st the 22bd floor!

1. no bed Linen. We had a reservation gor 5 person, but had bed linen, pillows only for 4 person! We asked for additional bed linen to put on the sofa, but were told at 18.30 that all staff has finished the work and they could bring only next day. It took me 15 additional messages (property do not answer the phone calls) to get a plastic package with linen in front of my door in the corridor near the lifts outside the apartment! It was around 2 p.m next day! 2. problems to get Privilee. We were expecting to get Privilee passes with out any problems, but it was very complicated. We were told it would be activated next day! On the next morning nothing happened! After more then 10 messages and half day we got them activated finally, but it was really challenging! 3. The door system was out of control. On the 3rd day we could not reach an appartment, the door was not opening (digital code only, no key). We were messaging property owners, after 15 minutes the door opened! But the next Morning we could not close the door - code did not work again, we were waiting for assistance for 20 minutes. And 10 minutes required to change the battery in the code system to make it work! We had luck that we had no excursions or appointments that day - and we had NO apologies from an appartment!
