First of all we have to sleep without any heating in the room thus all of us have to sleep in the living room since that the only place have heating. We did make a complaint about it but been asked to wait several hours for the central heater work out which its not. The maintenance did come after o make another complaint in morning and we were provided with a portable heater for every rooms including the living room since the fireplace also broken the next day. The house looked modern but the washing and dryer seems to be unmatched. Which also disappointing coz dryer is very important. They don’t even provide a hairdryer.
