Very comfortable and cosy chalet.

Amazing location and very quiet as we loved.

No Internet facilities & a smart tv which will add more value at these day and age.

The house suited our needs and catered comfortably for the group of 10 people.

Nothing major. The only niggle is the annoying noise made by rain fall on one side of the property. Again not a big thing; it just does not help a light sleeper like me.

The accommodation description on website said it was 19km from Falls Creek, so we drove from Melbourne to ski at Falls Creek. It is 19km - as the crow flies - which we were not told until we called the not helpful agent to ask what the 19km route to Dinner Plain was. We then had to drive 2 1/2 hours in the dark from Falls Creek to Dinner Plain on top of the 6 hours we had already driven that day. We also had to negotiate with Hotham, where we skiied the next day, to accept Falls Creek lift passes - which they did as a favour (good for them!! that's what good customer relations looks like). The agent was not in the slightest interested in helping or even acknowledging the issue with how the property was sold on the website. No follow up the next day to try and resolve the issue, as they had promised to do. I also bought and wasted a $260 resort pass for Falls Creek as a result. When we got to the house, the beds were unmade and towels and sheets just left in a big bag at the front door. Heater upstairs didn't work, drawer for dishwasher powder didn't close. So for the premium money we spent on this accommodation, this presents very poor value for money.
