Everything was really nice.
When searching for a hotel, I read a lot of reviews mentioning that the air in the cave hotels is moist - for me the air was fine, it wasn’t moist but it wasn’t dry either.
The beds were really comfortable, combined with the sound isolation provided by it being a cave, I really liked it.
The rooms, being in a cave, don’t have windows to the outside, which can be a downside for some, but I really liked the atmosphere created by the lights inside.
The staff: I have never had such a welcoming staff. They helped us get tickets for the balloon rides and even drew a map for us with places to visit in the area.
Finally, if you are sick of the usual breakfast at Turkish hotels, this is the place to visit. It still resembles what you have probably seen a million times, but the way it’s presented makes all the difference - you sit down at your predesignated table, the staff rushing to bring all items (in separate serving ware, mind you, not the plastic containers) while you hear something sizzling from the kitchen - the fried eggs, made right after you sit. Everything feels homemade! How many hotels do that?
In my experience, even all inclusive hotels don’t provide such services.
My only “complaint” is that my phone was not able to connect to the WiFi from my room - it only happened with my phone and it only happened from the room I was staying at (the connection worked fine in other rooms and outside), my laptop connected fine and the rest of my family’s phones were all OK (maybe Apple didn’t design their phones for caves :D, who knows)

Overall a very pleasant stay at Babili. The room was clean, spacious, and all facilities worked well. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the included breakfast was a nice touch — varied and enjoyable.
The location works well practically, with Red Tour, Green Tour, and Hot Air Balloon pickups all covered. What we appreciated more, though, was being nestled in a genuine village rather than a busy tourist strip — the local Pera Cafe/Bistro owner and the staff at the nearby Kayseri pide & lahmacun bakery were warm and welcoming, adding a charming local flavour to the stay.
A good, comfortable base for exploring Cappadocia. Highly recommend.

Собственная парковка, хорошие завтраки, абсолютная темнота и лучшая шумоизоляция где я бывал. Интересный стиль, декорации.
Главный минус - песок повсюду. Потолок и стены ежеминутно обсыпаются, из-за чего песок у тебя в кровати, на одежду, в тарелке. Был зимой и отопления практически не было, было очень холодно. Горячая вода также еле теплая. Указано что есть стиральная машинка, но это не так. Стирка платная 7 евро. Нет хорошего освещения. Кран капает, но это мелочи, написал скорее для персонала если они читают отзывы то может починят
