Not great

The house is nice and the room is ok. Honestly I would just pay the extra and get a hotel. The buses are really inconvenient to get to the beaches. But the beach in Aiya napa is amazing, don’t bother with turtle beach round the corner.

It’s literally just a room in this ladies house, she is always there and quite intense. She plays strange music loudly throughout the house all day. She does provide breakfast but it’s very basic and it’s at 8:30am which is very early for what’s meant to be a holiday. There are a lot of rules about what you can and cannot do. I honestly just felt like I couldn’t relax the whole time I was there. Also you have to pay €5 for every day you use the aircon which is a bit odd.

Location was good, as was large pool. Lovely mosaics. Clean throughout.

Having a wonderful balcony but not allowed a chair to sit on. No chairs or sun- beds round the pool. Disappointing. The following points were not disclosed in advance when booking: Outside door left open 24 hours a day. No shoes to be worn in the property, to be left outside (not easy with a foot impediment) Bed too low to the floor. Had a base but was on the floor. A sheet left to make your bed. Had to pay €5 per day extra for air conditioning. Breakfast unsatisfactory. Very unusual food given (especially for a coeliac) I.e buckwheat, grated white cabbage and carrot in natural yoghurt. Food given was not the usual Greek breakfast. Only water allowed to your bedroom, no food or other liquids allowed.

Not pleasant

The location. Host was polite but not ready for hospitality.

When I booked the room, it was not clear that it was a shared one. We shared the room With other 3 guests. This was not stated explicitly, and when I booked it, I asked if I could cancel because my mother is a cancer patient, but the instructions were unclear and no one answered the phone. The beds are old and not comfortable at all.( photos are not representative)In the bathroom, there was no toilet paper, only a tap to clean yourself. We were asked to take off our shoes and walk barefoot in areas where everyone else was walking. We were asked to pay an extra €5 for the A/C. The breakfast was mediocre; unfortunately, when we went downstairs, there were flies on the pastries, and the host was putting the cheeses and peppers on the plate with her hands. The stay is not worth the money. Location was good

Nice local-vocal cats

In general nice location, friendly local cats, not so far from a bus stop. Bed looked comfortable. There is also a pool available from certain hours. Some kind of a breakfast. Nice looking house from the outside. Allowed to keep our luggage till certain time after check-out. Also check in early was available.

I'm just gonna tell that for OUR vacation we don't want to be bossed around with rules from a russian lady - host of the house and be put in a "frame" of what we can do and cannot in a booked place (which does not mention any of these in the booking!) - where we go to relax, or if u want that type of obedience then write in the description not in private messages or when we are tired from the heat and busses you bombard us with rules. We go on a vacation to escape from everything and relax not to hit a wall of no's. Rules/cons: * conditioner - 1day/ 5eu cash (in booking it is written that its free) * separate bathroom is actually one bathroom for 3 different rooms, so no privacy there. (also shows in booking that its private.) *bathroom clogs and water goes down slow, very inconvenient design inside it. * you have to leave all of your shooses outside the house and go bare foot to the second floor where are all the rooms located. *NO drinks or food can be taken to your room (except water) *check in at 15:00 check out at 11:00 (all thou allowed us to come at 12:00 after asking nice twice) In general I don't recommend this place and I did not like the "vibe" inside it. Of course this is just my opinion look at the other reviews or better look at the lover score ones. !!! she insisted that i leave a good review right there on spot near her if not she refused to allow us to leave our luggage for extra hours as in her experience a lot of people say they are going to leave a good review but then leave a bad one - so blackmail in a way :)) so you either stay there and say nothing or go into a conflict and ruin your day.

An excellent reasonably priced option

Alena the owner was lovely and kind and cooked breakfast for us every day. House is in a great location and kept in good clean condition. Rooms are a good size. Good value for money considering we went during peak season. The house is shared with other guests so communal areas such as the pool, kitchen and dining room are shared spaces. We personally selected the room with a private bathroom which worked well for us and overall we didn't have any issues with any of the other guests or sharing the communal areas. Overall an excellent option that ticks all the main boxes if you're open to sharing a house with other guests.

Lovely place to stay for a relaxing break

Lovely location and there was a nice tavern a minutes walk away where we had two lovely meals. There was also an amazing beach nearby to snorkel at. Elena was a lovely, friendly host and she made us feel welcome and gave us very nice breakfast each morning and we sat outside in the front garden which was very pleasant. My bed was very comfortable and the bathroom next door had a good shower. I also enjoyed swimming in Elena’ s lovely swimming pool and relaxing in her inflatable ring.

Amazing weekend

The house is so nice and exceptional design. Beachy vibes. Prime location close to prataras strip as well aya napa clubs and beaches. Many sights near the places such as turtle beach the sea caves some hiking trails.

The host was lovely. Breakfast was great, the quality of the food was excellent and the atmosphere at breakfast was super. Easy parking. No restrictions on coming and going hours.

Breakfast time was 08:30. I like to start my day much earlier. I would have preferred a more flexible time. I missed out as a result. Otherwise a perfect score.

All what you want for a relaxing week in the sun

It is very close to the coast and to walkways along it. Has everything what you need, swimming pool and outside sitting area included. Our host was always there when we needed her but never too much, although she shares her kitchen and living room with her guests. Perfect accomondation for what we wanted.

A high end homestay

A lovely , very comfortable home stay B&B which I highly recommend . The property is in a quiet part of town 5 mins walk from the beach and a good selection of bars and restaurants . Alena is a very friendly host and excellent cook. The dinners are good value for money and breakfast very tasty . The private pool is amazing

WiFi didn’t always work in the room. Air conditioning was €5 extra per day but this wasn’t an issue in October

Perfect place with the best host!

Everything! The house is gorgeous in every way. Alena is the most wonderful host. Friendly, welcoming, lovely energy, kind and generous. She is a wonderful artist too! She is beautifully decorating her home with the shells she collects from the beach after the storms. It’s really something to see and so unique. We felt so comfortable here just gutted we only got to stay one night as part of our travel plans. Highly recommend Alena and her home. Thank you for the most wonderful stay and allowing us to share your home.

The host lady was very friendly and helpful. She cooked dinner for us few times and it was always delicious and big portion. Also washed and dried our clothes free of charge. We enjoyed evening chats over a cup of tea too.

Totally recommended

Very welcoming owner, villa is near our favourite beach in protaras. Although our stay was last minute and very short (just one night), the owner was super helpful and hospitable. Very clean space, shared bathroom was spacious with necessary products for shower. Room small but understandble as it is a house and not a hotel. Very creatively decorated with pebbles and shells 🐚. In the morning, she kindly served us a scrumptious omellete and coffee. Totally recommend it. I was even offered a candle holder made by the owner. Very warm and discrete lady!

Nothing fancy, i just believe it would be good to have some headboard for the bed as scratching your head accidentally on the wall could hurt a bit. Everything was perfect

The property was not well maintained. The property is share bedrooms and you don’t have privacy. The pool was not well maintained and it was dirty. I would not recommend this property to anyone interested in having comfortable vacations.

Felt like home

I liked the location and the accommodation itself. Room was comfortable with nice balcony. Liked the neighborhood with the friendly cats. Owner Alena was kind and waited for my late arrival and on my departure gifted me a candle holder. Thank you!

Great location, large private pool, house near the sea, easy to walk. Very friendly host. She recommended the best places to have dinner, places to visit, beaches for swimming, told us where to see turtles. We are very grateful.

Alena is a very warm and kind person thus we felt like home from the first minute. The villa was very clean and it has everything. The decoration is made by Alena and it makes the villa so unique. The host was very nice and kind, the whole house was very clean. Really affordable price in relation to what is offered. The villa, with a swimming pool available to guests, is very particular, and the walls are full of decorations made by Alena with shells

Delicious meals prepared by the master chef Alona. Easy walk to the beach, picturesque paths around. The swimming pool at the property. Internet speed is very good (140 mbs)
