Really disappointing would not recommend

Very little.

Nothing, the property was dirty, there was a horrible sewage and damp smell throughout, the bedding was mouldy and furniture was broken as well as the toilet. We spoke to booking.com and Alpstays and they were both not interested in helping us or allowing us to cancel the room despite so many issues including not being able to check in until 5pm. On entering and sitting on the bench in the kitchen it completely collapsed and had nails sticking out which we reported immediately. Nobody ever came to repair or remove the dangerous pile of furniture despite being told they would. The toilet seat was broken too and a guy came to fix it with “special glue” which turned out to be silicone and lasted second when used again before breaking. There was also broken furniture and a fridge on the balcony which was unsightly and took up a lot of the balcony space. There is clearly no care from the owners or agents that rent out this property and they do not care about the customer experience and have no interest in rectifying the issues.

Great value for money, well-located, all the basic amenities

The location was very good for skiing out, and was very accessible to the main resort town for the evening. I also liked the fact that there were plates, pots, pans, cups etc which allowed us to cook

It was initially difficult to find bed sheets as the beds were not made and we did this ourselves. The shower room does not have a shower curtain, making the it quite wet and messy once a lot of people have used it.
