About this apartment rental
Beautiful 90m² apartment for 6/8 people, renovated in a style that perfectly blends the warmth of the mountains with modern amenities. Located in the heart of the resort in the Sabots de Vénus residence, it is close to shops, bars, restaurants, and offers direct access to the slopes.
It features:
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and an en-suite shower room
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm)
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and an en-suite shower room
- A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and anti-fog mirror
- A sofa bed in the living room
- 2 separate toilets
- A spacious living area
- A large balcony with a table and garden chairs
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen
- A dining area with a generously sized table where you can gather comfortably
- A large convertible corner sofa, an armchair, a fireplace (not functional), a balcony, a very large-screen Smart TV with Bluetooth connectivity, a DVD player, a set-top box with a wide selection of channels, and Netflix.

This apartment includes the following amenities (except for short stays of less than 5 nights):
- Bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dish soap, 1 dishcloth, 1 bin bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get you started.
- 1 parking space in the residence, provided it meets the required length and height criteria: maximum length 5 meters and maximum height 2.20 meters.
Please note the following:
- A security deposit of €1500, taken via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival at our partner Swikly's website.
- The keys will be given to you at the agency on your arrival day between 5 PM and 7 PM and must be returned to the agency before 9 AM on your departure day.
- The apartment will be provided clean; we ask that you return it in the same condition.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking policy (cigarettes, shisha, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the security deposit.
This penalty will be used for cleaning the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
