My family really needed some time away from work and this condo was the perfect getaway

Great stay!
The property was just down the street from the pool, which also led to beach access. The pool was medium size, but my family really enjoyed it and it has ocean views from the pool. The unit had snorkel equipment and a beach cart. We only used the fins as we brought our own snorkels and masks.
The lighting inside was a little on the dark side.

Tropical oasis
The condo is beautiful! The attention to detail superb! Everything we needed to make our stay wonderful! Spices, salt, pepper, some condiment, cooking oil and laundry soap! Beds were comfortable. Outdoor space was delightful with beautiful plants and singing birds. A relaxing spot to enjoy morning coffee. The pool area was close with a nice beach. A short walk to the Marriott or Lava Lava restaurant. Great shops in the King and Queens outdoor mall. The Hilton pass was a nice bonus. Lots of pools with a great view but hard to escape the sun. As for location everything on the big Island is a drive. Volcano 2 hours, Hilo 2 hours. Kailua-Kona 40 min.

Wonderful property with superb amenities and communication with property manager.
Location was great. Shannon was super responsive to every question. The condo was well appointed and amenities were communicated well to us so we did not need to get a lot of extras such as paper towels, etc. Was also wonderful that passes to Hilton pool facilities were included. Having easy accessibility to beach, pools, shopping and dining made this a wonderful vacation!

Did not know we could have breakfast. Checking in was a total bummer. Being woken up at 630 with a text saying I need to pay was ridiculous!

It was clean, pool staff were very friendly. Positive environment and neighbors. Good location next to the beach.
We had trouble with the TVs. The living room tv did not have the remote to use the apps on it. The guest room tv could not be used, it said it needed to be connected?
