The designs for the comfort is up to the luxury level. Beds are great. Staff are welcoming and helpful. It’s all new xx
Pet-Friendly in Name, Not in Service!
The hotel charges a nightly pet fee plus a THB 2,500 deposit, yet provides neither food nor water bowls. The deposit can only be paid by cash or credit card, not bank transfer. To receive it back at checkout, you must pay cash; credit card refunds take up to 15 days.
None of this was disclosed before booking and payment, and staff couldn’t explain why.
It feels like profiting from pet lovers rather than genuinely welcoming pets. Management must improve transparency. I’m sharing this to warn other pet owners.
Cleaning is not spot on!

Super clean, staff was very good and close proximity to Central was a bonus.
Room layout was a bit odd in that one has to bit creative in unpacking as here are no real 'drawers'' for clothes. Not a big deal as the room size was nice. Also, for short stays I see no reason to have my room cleaned, but they kept asking in the hallway if I wanted my room cleaned and I said 'No Thank You''. Then they called my room while I was taking a nap, and then they call my personal cell phone to inquire about cleaning my room. Traveling for 40+ years and this was a new experience for me. Not a big deal, just a bit aggressive on the cleanliness side I guess .. The hotel was super clean :)

View and nothing about it was premium was not impressed with it at all
