Great location and amazing breakfast. Great value for money
The only reason of not giving full stars is that I am used to sleeping with 2 pillows and the room only had one. When I asked for a pillow, I was told it will cost extra 100thb per night which I argued and finally got one. The upon checkout I was asked again to pay for the extra pillow. I told them it was nowhere in the hotel policy and they waived it. They could have just plainly given one without hassle.
Otherwise everything about this hotel is exceptional. Even the restaurant has great food

Staff, location, cleanliness, food at breakfast
The beds in the 2 rooms we occupied were not very stable in that they wobbled and swayed. Towels were clean but old , harsh rather than soft

Carpet looks very dirty and old on the floors.
Breakfast looks like Banquet should be renovated.
