I traveled from Surat Thani to attend a Buddha casting ceremony in Roi Et, and I had a wonderful stay here. The accommodation was comfortable, and the staff took great care of me throughout my stay. I accidentally dropped my ID card, and the staff found it and immediately called to let me know. I truly appreciated their honesty and kindness—it would have been a huge problem if I had lost it. The hotel is also conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get around and visit different places. I highly recommend staying here!

Location perfect. Easy parking. Breakfast adequate. Very clean rooms newly appointed. The hotel looks as though it has been renovated. There was work going on in the building when we arrived which wasn't too bad.

Dodgy wifi. Not getting the room we asked for, which they confirmed by return it was booked. Didn't like reception laughing at me and asking me to 'compromise' for something they had already agreed and confirmed. It was only me that had to compromise. I ended up with a room I didn't want or asked for, but the room I was 'allocated'. I was too tired to argue. My Thai partner had a terrible time and was scared out of her wits during the night. She swears the room was haunted. I woke up and found her trembling on a chair trying to sleep. She told me a ghost had grabbed her hair and said she couldn't sleep in that bed. I have an open mind and must admit the room was much colder than the 25c setting . I have stayed at several hotels in Roi Et and always imagined this one as probably the best. I'm afraid I was wrong. It isn't.
