Cozrum Homes - Autumn House

Loin de centre ville dans un cartier populaire, le chauffeur de taxi a galéré pour trouver l'immeuble et après ses tentatives il m'a demandé d'aller continuer a chercher avec ma valise , l'hotel a self check in , la Propriétaire ne donne pas d'info avant 13 ou 14h , j'ai fais le check in a 14h la chambre n'était pas prête elle était sale après elle a appellé la femme de ménage pour la nettoyer, elle m'appelle a 17 h pour savoir a quelleheure dans la matinée le lendemain je dois faire le check out 🤨 je lui réponds que j'ai fait une réservation de 2nuits elle ma demandé de changer le studio l'a ou j'étais avec une chambre sans fenêtre même si sur ma réservation il était marqué avec fenêtre elle m'a dit que c'est juste pour la publicité sur le site le matin la femme de ménage me cherche dans la chambre pour me demander de changer la chambre , je l'ai changé juste qu'elle arrêtent de me déranger, le soir la propriétaire m'envoie un message pour savoir a quel moment je quitte le logement le matin 🤔 beaucoup de dérangement

Good hotel

When we arrived they assigned us the wrong room from what we booked on Agoda , the room we booked was double the size of the one we got on the first night and we had to be texting them all night so they could solve this, the next morning they changed our room to the one we actually booked and they even charged us 100k VND for changing the room that they gave us when it was their mistake ?? The cleaning of both rooms was really bad , there were a lot of stains on the walls and the bathroom was very rusty not to mention the kitchen , the location was not the best and was pretty far from most attractions , there’s better options even if you’re on a budget

Bad location no staff no air conditioner. Sucks
