AN HOUSE APARTMENT

We stayed at this hotel for two days, and the hospitality we received from the host was truly exceptional. He welcomed us warmly and even treated us to Vietnamese chè in the evening and bánh mì for breakfast the following morning, both for free! He also kindly allowed us to check in at 12 noon, even though the official check-in time was 2 PM. These thoughtful gestures made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. We initially planned to stay at different hotels during our six-day trip to Ho Chi Minh City, but after experiencing his hospitality, we honestly regretted not staying here for our entire trip! If we could turn back time, we would have canceled our other hotel bookings and stayed here for all six days. It’s rare to find a host who goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. His kindness, generosity, and attention to his guests truly made our experience memorable. Highly recommended! If you’re visiting Ho Chi Minh City and looking for a place with not only a comfortable stay but also a genuinely hospitable host, this is definitely worth considering. We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next visit to Vietnam!

This is a great if you want stay a little bit further away from the city madness but still have access to the city center. It’s a short 15 minute car ride or 7 minute bike to anywhere in the city. It’s on a relatively quiet alley but beware of some construction noise if your room is on the corner. They have a beautiful terrace one the fifth floor which is great for getting some fresh air during the day. They also provide laundry detergent and access to a dryer which is a plus. Overall a lovely little place, I would 100% stay again.

AN house Apartment in Ho Chi Minh City is truly an exceptional place to stay. From the moment you walk into the apartment, you can immediately tell how impeccably clean everything is. The room comes equipped with an ultra-comfortable bed, access to all major streaming platforms, your own private pantry with a refrigerator and utensils, great air conditioning, and a strong, high-pressure shower. The building itself looks brand new, and there is a lovely rooftop terrace on the top floor where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air. The location is a bit set back from the city center—about a 20 to 30-minute ride away. This can be slightly inconvenient if you are returning during peak traffic hours or a heavy rainstorm, but the peace and quiet make up for it. What truly set this place apart was the incredible hospitality. The owners, Tram and Duan, were wonderfully sweet and kind to my best friend and me. Since our flight arrived late at night, they were constantly checking in on us and provided crystal-clear self-check-in instructions. Later on, when we mentioned that we wanted to try traditional Vietnamese sweets, they surprised us that evening by knocking on our door with local desserts and an exquisite Bánh Mì! I also want to give a special mention to Ni, who manages the coffee shop on the ground floor. She was incredibly sweet and patient with us every time we had a question. Thank you to all of you for making us feel so welcome and right at home!

This place actually very convenient for me. Only 20 minutes Grab Bike to the city center and 10-15 minutes to Landmark 81. The staff are nice, they answer your questions very fast and willingness to help. For the room itself: very clean i could say, amenities in the room are well maintain as well. Since this place near the wet market you might consider this, but for me i like it because the perk is you can buy fresh fruit with very reasonable price and not to mention the have cafe at the lobby area which is nice for having coffee in the morning.
