Overall decent experience
Had a few issues. Reached out to management and they were quick to listen and act to resolve each issue. Is a bit noisy so I recommend some ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Location is great. Close enough. To everything downtown. Few blocks from French quarter. Few blocks to get on the street car and head uptown. Spacious in comparison of places in same price range. Would stay there again

Amazing location and spacious loft. Sadly the apartment’s are very noisy and you can here all the adjacent rooms
