Every detail—from the curated decor to the cozy touches—has been chosen to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.
As a guest of our condo, you’ll be able to enjoy an amazing city skyline view from our rooftop patio with a spacious, partially covered sitting area perfect for a small gathering or date night for two.
While you enjoy your stay in the jazz capital of the world, you’ll be conveniently located steps from the vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment of Magazine St, as well as famous cafes, bistros, and music clubs on Bourbon Street. You will be literally minutes away from the French Quarter.

This property does not include on-site parking, but several paid options are nearby:
• Premium Parking P346 – 2-minute walk (typically $30–35/night)
• Street parking paid - Central Business District and Warehouse District are $3.00 an hour. Parking meter rates are $2.00 an hour everywhere else in the city of New Orleans. Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday-Saturday. Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Please read the meters before you park! Also, know that broken meters are not free passes. They are technically off-limits and could land you a ticket!
Things to know
• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request.
• The property is very bright due to the skylight.
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

This property is in a great location. Close to the quarter without being in the quarter. Walking distance to great bars and restaurants not in the quarter. My complaints would be that there was a flat sheet on the mattress rather than fitted, which drove us crazy as it was constantly bunching up. I asked for a fitted sheet and they said they'd see what they could do I never heard back. This alone would keep me from staying here again. It is also very loud. There is the usual street noise which is to be expected. The walls are paper thin and you can hear all noises, walking, music etc from adjacent units. While I do not expect sound to be listed in the online listing...be aware. The location made up for the less than positive aspects.

The place was large and cute. Great location, right in the middle of town. Bed was comfortable
Our code got us into the wrong apartment! Thank fully they weee not there.
Also the shower curtain was about 20% covered in pink/rusty type mold.
