About this apartment rental
Set amongst the olive groves of the beautiful Trasimeno hills, this ground floor apartment, on an olive farm, is a little piece of heaven on earth!
The apartment, which sleeps 4 people, is in a sensitively restored traditional farmhouse. There is an immaculate, newly fitted kitchen, with terracotta tiled floors and dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a Mokka coffee maker.
A wooden door leads out on to a shaded balcony with wonderful views out over the Nestore valley. There is another dining table on the balcony for guests to enjoy meals al fresco.
The outdoor space has been arranged with as much care as the interiors. By the pool, guests will find sun-loungers.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: This charming bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a bunk bed and wardrobe.
Bathroom: The independent bathroom has a shower, bidet, basin and WC.

Location
The apartment is in the ideal location for guests to explore the gems of Umbria. Set in unspoilt countryside, but only 2km from the village of Panicale, which is often called one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
There is plenty to do on your doorstep. In the autumn guests can join the owners in the harvest of grapes for wine, followed by wine tasting. October/November is peak olive harvesting season, when, after picking, guests can then try the newly pressed olive oil. There is also horse riding on the farm, which can be organized in advance.
The capital of Umbria, Perugia is 45 minutes away. It is well worth a visit, as is the famous town of Assisi (1 hour) birthplace of St Francis and a site of pilgrimage.
The closest airport is at Perugia (50 minute drive) Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2025 to the 15th of September 2025
