The pool heat is set to 80 degrees. Any higher temperature can damage the pool/spa equipment. Please note that there is one heater for both the pool and spa, so only one can be heated at a time. If the spa is in use, it may temporarily lower the pool temperature. Lastly, while we'll do our best to ensure a comfortable experience, outdoor weather conditions may affect how well the water heats. Thank you so much for your understanding!
- Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- This property is located on a dirt road, it is a short drive from a paved road. The dirt is compacted and easy to drive on, but recent weather events have created dips and bumps that may challenge low-clearance vehicles.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee per pet, per stay; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located by the front entry.

The house was 45 mins from Palm Springs airport. Very clean and beautiful decorated! There was 14 girls for a bachelorette party. We used the pool and outside activities a lot. The fridge and freezer are huge and fits alot! All the beds were very comfortable! I will definitely be coming back to stay at this amazing house again with my family and friends!

Overall the stay was awesome at Flora. Plenty of room for us all to relax and enjoy. The house is spacious and the backyard is truly magical with lots for everyone to enjoy from the hot tub, pool, hammocks, bocce court. The only real negative that brings this rating down to a 4 instead of a 5 is that there were some cleanliness issues in some of the rooms with rodent droppings in the corners. Understand that this is a common problem in the desert but some of the droppings looked like they could have been there for a while with dust collecting. We never saw any rodents inside the house. I will also call out that the house is located off a dirt road which we weren't aware of, so for some of our transportation to and from the airport it was a bit difficult for the car to get to the house. If you have an SUV or a truck, you will be fine, but sedans had some issues. Otherwise the house was perfect and we would stay there again.

There were a handful of issues that could have been easily addressed to make our trip better. The management company needs better cleaners. In the house and around the backyard wasn’t the cleanest. There was oil left on the bottom on the oven so it smoked when we turned it on. A couple of the showers wouldn’t drain properly. The pool was dirty when arriving. One of our kids found a dead rat in it. The management company did send someone to clean it. We paid for the pool to be heated to 78 for 2 nights, but the management company turned it on late so we got refunded the first night. The pool never reached anywhere close to 78 so they refunded us for both days, which was disappointing because it was abnormally cold outside. I don’t remember it being stated on the listing, but the house is not on a paved road. That might be worth mentioning for people that don’t have a truck or SUV. The positives are the property is nice. Everyone enjoyed the games outside and the pool table inside. The house is spacious and accommodated a large group. I would say my review is closer to 2.5 stars, but could of easily been a 4 or 5 star review without the issues mentioned above.
