About this apartment rental
Kick back and relax in this calm, contemporary space. Nestled in nature with a view of the lush country side but only 5 minutes drive to the beach and village. This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway to explore all Matakana has to offer… the beautiful wineries, pristine white sandy beaches and famous Saturday Farmers markets.
This is a tranquil open plan space with lovely wooden tones, two dining areas and gorgeous views out to the hills and orchards. There are two bedrooms, both with queen beds. This space includes a kitchenette, with a great outdoor BBQ on the deck (no oven/ stove). There is a lovely lounge with a TV, one large bathroom with a shower & washing machine.
This apartment has its own sunny deck, and staircase entrance. It is located above our home, but it is a completely seperate (and fully private) upstairs space. The driveway is shared.
Matakana is known for its wineries and Saturday Farmers Market with great local food, produce and live music by the river. The area is full of lush green countryside, fruit orchards as well as white sandy beaches, and a spectacular coastline to explore. You can spend your day strawberry picking, swimming at the beach, exploring the sculpture trails, or just relaxing at a local winery. There is so much on offer for a weekend away here!

This is a lovely place in a great location. Nice decor, comfy beds and great to have washing machine, hair dryer and tv. The hosts were wonderful at communicating and provided a clean tidy beautiful space to stay in. Perfect place if you want to be close drive to Matakana shops and Omaha beach. Highly recommend.
