Cozy bungalow in historic Grove Park neighborhood

House was perfect for 3-6 guests, host was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions throughout the process, would recommend to anyone and will definitely be booking again.

The property was very centrally located and served our stay well. It was clean and accommodated me and my adult children very well. The host was very pleasant and they provided many activities within the house for our stay as well as many nice recommendations for food. Very much appreciated. We stay here again. The only reason I did not rate this as a 5 is for the following reasons: 1- We initially booked online during available dates listed and were contacted after booking to notify us that our first day was no longer available so we needed to find a hotel for that first night. They did credit us back for the first night however. 2- The front door code to lock and unlock the house did not work properly. You were able to unlock the house with no code at all. We took the battery out every evening after we returned just as a precaution while we were sleeping. 3- The host did grant us early check in and late check out due to the inconvenience of the first night being cancelled. However, on the date of our arrival I had not yet heard from our host after the time we were supposedly allowed to arrive. I reached out to them in order to obtain the information. Once we arrived we could not get the code to work on the door and I sent a text to the number provided. It took an hour and twenty minutes before I received a response back. Fortunately we were able to get in before that once we realized the electronic code box didn't work properly.
