About this villa rental
Beautifully designed 7BD 6BA villa located only 5 miles from Walt Disney World. With themed rooms, 2 master suites with indoor jacuzzis, a game room, a home theater, and a pool/spa, this place is perfect for your next family vacation.
Located in the Emerald Island Resort only 5 miles from the Disney World theme park, this house can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people.
2nd floor:
Bedrooms 1,2 - two master en-suites, each comes with a shower, a private jacuzzi, and a 65" TV.
Bedroom 3 is a Star Wars-themed bedroom with 2 twin beds, a TV, and access to a shared bathroom (shared with the princess room).
Bedroom 4 is a Princess-themed bedroom with 2 twin beds, a dresser, and access to a shared bathroom (shared with the Star-wars room). Under the bed, there is a roll-out that can open to another bed if needed.
Bedroom 5 is a tropical-themed master bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a full bath.
Bedroom 6 is a Harry Potter-themed room with a TV, a bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a full bath. Under the bed, there is a roll-out that can open to another bed if needed.
1st floor:
Bedroom 7 downstairs is a king master with a TV and a bathroom, with easy access to the pool area.
The family room has a 75" TV and three large comfortable sofas that allows plenty of space for a gathering.
A second family room with another 65" TV offers an additional seating area if part of the group wants to watch something else or have some privacy.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need, a dishwasher, microwave, stove, kettle, coffee machine, fridge freezer, and more.
There are 4 bar stools for breakfast/sitting around the kitchen.
There is a large screened pool and spa. The spacious pool deck offers no rear neighbors - opens up to a large grass which offers privacy, a BBQ, sun loungers, patio furniture for gathering, plus a table and chairs.
There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The garage houses the games room which has a pool table, and also a full movie theater with a projector and a 120" screen.
Emerald Island Resort community offers a 24/7 manned entrance, resort-style clubhouse, business center, fitness room, a mini-golf course, volleyball court, tennis courts, basketball court, BBQ and Picnic area, large outdoor heated community pool and spa, kids splash area, and poolside shop.
Just a few minutes away is a Walmart supercenter, shops, and a good selection of restaurants.
Disney can be reached in about 10-15 minutes, Universal Studios in about 30 minutes, and SeaWorld in about 20 minutes. Orlando International airport is 35 minutes away.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house ($ 500 FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS PENALTY). You may smoke in the backyard by the pool and at least 20 ft (6m) from the building. Please refrain from smoking while sitting in the sitting area in front of the back doors or windows as smoke might blow inside the house.
Quiet hours imposed throughout the resort 11:00 PM - 8:00AM

Unfortunately we had a problem heating the pool as there were some equipment issues so we did not get it properly heated until the 12th day of our 2 week stay. Should not be an issue going forward. The lanai also needs some repairs. The house itself was great and the outdoor table for 8 was well used

Fabulous house for our family that included a 6-mo old, 2-yr old, 3-yr old, 9-yr old, 17-yr old and 8 adults in Feb. 2025 for 2 days at Disney World. Very close to the parks (15 min drive). House was clean and spacious. Booking questions answered very timely by host about infant amenities (portable crib, high chair, stroller accessibility) No issues what so ever with checking in or during our stay. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the villa was excellent. We had 5 adults with 6 teenage girls. Each parent/daughter had their own room and bathroom, the communal areas are multiple and spacious. Host was extremely responsive and flexible as we were all arriving and departing at different times. The resort was quiet. 20 access pass was needed for gated entry. Facilities were clean. We didn’t have time to explore them much. We would stay here again as we saved so much money compared to staying at Disney and had much more space. Don’t hesitate to book!

Overall, we had a nice stay. With such a large group, it would have been beneficial to know that we needed to come with necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, and wash cloths. The bedroom on the first floor was a little deceiving from the photos. The bathroom ended up being a public bathroom, which made it very uncomfortable for the occupant that was disabled and unable to climb the stairs. The kitchen is immaculate!! Loved it!! The bathrooms need upgrading and the showers make a loud squealing noise.But for the price we paid, it was well spent.Beautiful house. Very nice host! Great communication!
