Massive loft in the heart of downtown St. Louis. Minutes walk to Schnucks, Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village, Scottrade Center, Washington Avenue, metro-link, City Garden, Park Ave Coffee, and so much more!
Getting Around:
There are several parking options available at this Airbnb. There is always street parking available; however, it is first come, first served. The city owns a gated lot two blocks down the street, as well as a parking garage directly across the street. The garage is attached to Schnuck's Culinaria, and you can park there hourly or overnight for $20/day. These prices are subject to change based on city events (such as Cardinals baseball games), but the grocery store garage generally remains consistent.
There are also numerous excellent public transportation options. Laclede Cab is the most well-known cab company in St. Louis, but we also have UBER and LYFT. Bus stops are located directly outside the loft building, and a Metrolink station is located a block away at the intersection of 8th and Pine.

We were caught off guard on how large this space was. It was a great place for our family of 4. It's quite roomy with a full kitchen, two VERY comfy queen size beds, and close walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions as well. It was in a quiet building (we didn't hear a peep from any neighbors - if there were any) and located in a good neighborhood in the downtown area - lots of families and couples and singles walking around. Checking in was simple, we parked in the Schnucks Parking Garage just a block over and had no issues there (parking garage had security guards 24/7 and also closes its gates after 10:30pm, so if you leave the garage just be sure to be back before 1030pm, otherwise you will have no way back into the garage until the morning hours), but the renting company was also in constant communication and they were also very accommodating. The AC worked great, too. Because goodness, seems we came at the hottest time of the year. So it was nice to have a cool place to come back to. We would rent from these folks again if we found ourselves in the STL area.

Very nice property with lots of charm and that downtown vibe you are looking for in a big city. The host was great and provided all the necessary information needed for checking in, wifi password and check out and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We parked in the garage across the street since there was no street parking available. The walk from the garage elevator located at the entrance of Schnucks to the loft was a city block. The loft provided everything we needed for our short term stay and is located with food options a short walk away which was great as we didn't want to have to drive anywhere once we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and just wish we could have spent more time!
