Welcome to Avenida Del Sol; a bright and spacious 2-bedroom 1-bathroom home tucked away in the Avenidas near downtown Joshua Tree. Relax and unwind while taking in the desert views from one of our many outdoor spaces, including hot tub & cowboy pool. Centrally located in Joshua Tree just 5 minutes from the downtown shops and restaurants (2.8 mi) and 10 minutes from the National Park entrance (8.1 mi), our home is an ideal setting to relax during your trip in the high desert!
The Space:
Avenida Del Sol is located in the quiet Hidden Rivers neighborhood, Joshua Tree and is fully fenced with rusted corrugated steel. Newly renovated in 2021, this serene home features a mix of mid-century modern finishes creating the perfect environment to relax and enjoy the trip in the high desert. Avenida Del Sol sits on half an acre with expansive views overlooking the Partlett Mountains. In the evenings, the hot tub is the perfect place to soak after a long day of hiking to take in the calming desert sunset all the way to star gaze.

Avenida Del Sol is perfectly perched within the Hidden Rivers neighborhood, overlooking the tranquil Partlett Mountains.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is in a residential area with neighbors in close proximity and operates under a County of San Bernardino short-term rental license with strict rules regarding noise, occupancy, and parking. We only allow a maximum of six registered guests (including small children) and two vehicles onsite at any time. Commercial uses such as events, weddings, and commercial photoshoots are prohibited. Smoking is also prohibited inside; a $250 fee will be applied of such violation. You may encounter wildlife at Avenida Del Sol including but not limited to rabbits, coyotes, bobcats, road runners, etc.

Clean and comfortable house. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. Beds were comfortable and everything you needed was in the kitchen. Would visit again!

The home was beautiful. However there is no third bed as promised just an air mattress. Small things like cleanliness of dishes from past stays could use improvement.
