For Rent
: A mobile home overlooking the Dordogne River at the 2-star “Les Ombrages” campground in Rouffillac de Carlux. It is located 15 minutes from Sarlat and 10 minutes from Souillac.
It’s a quiet, family-friendly campground where you’ll find a snack bar and ice cream shop open from mid-May through September, playground equipment for kids (swings, a slide, a ping-pong table, etc.), a bike path that runs alongside the campground (from Sarlat to Souillac), bike rentals (including e-bikes) and a canoe rental center at the campground entrance, and, best of all, the Dordogne River for swimming, fishing, and everything you need to have a wonderful time with family or friends.
Saint Julien de Lampon is located 1 km from the campground, where you’ll find a grocery store, a bakery, a butcher shop, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, and the village market on Thursday mornings.
The mobile home has 2 bedrooms: one with a 140-bed, and the other with 2 bunk beds and an additional 90-bed (3 beds measuring 90), 1 bathroom, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils…), a living/dining room with a corner sofa, TV, a partially covered terrace with an outdoor table and chairs, a barbecue, and lounge chairs.
Bookings available for a minimum of 2 nights during the off-season, excluding long weekends, at €60 per night, and a minimum of 1 week during peak season (July, August through mid-September).
Weekly rate:
- €300 from April 15 to June 4 and from September 30 to October 14
- €350 from June 10 to July 1 and from September 9 to 30
- €400 from July 1 through July 8
- €450 from July 8 through July 22 and from August 26 through September 9
- €500 from July 22 through July 29
- €600 from July 29 to August 5 and from August 19 to 26
- €650 from August 5 to 19
Tourist tax: €0.22 per person per night (for adults only)
Sheet package: 10€ per bed
Cleaning fee: 40 €
Security deposit: 150 € for cleaning and 350 € for the property and equipment
