Great house in a quiet neighborhood! The house had everything we needed for our family wedding launchpad. The amenities are perfect for entertaining during the down time and the property is conveniently located to the Raleigh area.

Couldn’t recommend this place any more! It has everything one could need to have a wonderful stay, the beds were comfy, any kitchen appliance you can think of, easy access to the beach, would love to stay again anytime I am in the area

The space is clearly allocated and designed around entertainment rather than overnight accommodations. The layout is inefficient for bedroom use. There are only four bedrooms, three small bathrooms, and one half bath. None of the bathrooms exceed what you would expect for a standard guest bedroom, and only two are en suite.The master bedroom and bath are closed off and not included in the rental. If the master suite were included, the pricing would be more in line with the overall property. As it stands, the house is configured almost entirely for entertaining.The advertised sleeping capacity is unclear and appears overstated unless it relies on pull-out couches or temporary sleeping arrangements. In contrast, the entertainment features are extensive: there are six televisions, at least six separate entertainment areas, and ample open space. You could host a very large gathering—easily dozens of people—without anyone feeling crowded.However, for overnight stays, guests are essentially confined to guest bedrooms within a 6,000-square-foot home. Despite the presence of a master suite, it is unavailable, clearly being used by the owner or manager. The result is a property that functions exceptionally well as an entertainment venue, but less so as a comfortable overnight rental relative to its size and cost.
