The structure includes five apartments located on a beautiful hill, the special position offers a spectacular and unique view: northeasterly there are the Appennines, in the south east there are Pisa and Livorno, in the west the Massaciuccoli Lake , the Viareggio coast and Forte Dei Marmi.
You will admire all this while lying comfortably by the pool or sitting on the terraces of the apartments, surrounded by olive trees and woods that create a particularly breezy and cool climate even in summer.
Our guests have free access to one swimming pool respectively of 18 and 6 metres (equipped with a salt sterilization system, not chlorine), a large solarium area, playgrounds for children and a park that surrounds the whole property which creates
an oasis of serenity and offers the opportunity to take long walks in contact with nature.
In essence, Prato Verde is the ideal place for families on vacation that look for open and safe spaces for their children.
Our apartments are designed to guarantee a relaxing stay and for this reason they are totally independent and equipped with the best comforts, such as fridge, oven, dishwasher, satellite TV, WI-FI, heating and private parking.
Geranio is composed two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with soda bed, garden with sofa and barbecue.

We were driving around Toscana one week. Prato werde was in very good location for us to see Firenze, Pisa, Lucca (beautiful city), Sienna ect. Pool was big and breakfast was very big. We absolutely recommend this place!

A very nice place to make holiday! We (2 adults and 2 five and seven year old children) enjoyed our time in july in the near of lucca. The appartement was very calm. You could hear the birds in the morning and always feel the nature. The cities lucca, pisa and livorno were easy to reach by car. Necessary things you could buy in different supermarkets in near villages or ask in the restaurant of the owner. One day we drove to the beach at lido di camaiore which was also easy to reach by car. The breakfast and meal in the restaurant was very good and the service very friendly. The most fantastic thing for our children was the fantastic swimming-pool which we used twice a day.
