About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 90 m² flat for rent, situated in the heart of the historic centre of the medieval town of Vannes. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. You’ll be instantly charmed by its location, character and charm. The flat is situated in the historic centre of Vannes, an area that is entirely pedestrianised and not accessible by car.
You are here on Rue Saint-Salomon, famous for its half-timbered houses. The staircase leads up to the first floor, where this superb, charming and perfectly peaceful flat is situated. This lovely, light-filled flat with high ceilings features a spacious, bright living area of 35 m², solid oak flooring and high-quality fittings.
The property is laid out as follows:
- A lovely living room,
- A fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Two lovely bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200),
- A lovely bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a double washbasin,
- A separate toilet
IMPORTANT:
- The flat is on the 1st floor and there is no lift.
- The patio visible in the photos of the kitchen and bedroom is not accessible from the flat (access blocked off).
- The flat is situated in the historic centre of Vannes, an entirely pedestrianised area not accessible by car.
Outside:
- A small balcony to enjoy sunny days (no outdoor furniture provided)
The flat is ideally situated in Vannes; you’ll be within easy reach of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars...
Transport:
- If you’re coming by car, Rue du Logement is not accessible by car; you’ll need to park around the old town of Vannes. You can use the nearby Q-Park car park at the Port, or the Richemont car park (paid parking).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Vannes
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation

Optional self-check-in: Access to the property is available from 4.00 pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser located in a laundrette approximately 400 metres from the property.

LE PATIO we had an excellent time in a beautiful apartment. Perfect for our stay shopping in the market and enjoying going to our favourite restaurants

LE PATIO Apartment was lovely and in a great location to shops and restaurants. Having a Washer and dryer was a big plus while traveling. Only negative is there is no self check in and you need to set up a departure time for the keys to be collected. We worked out leaving the keys inside as we were leaving at 7 in the morning.

LE PATIO Really lovely 10 day stay in the Patio. Patrick and Bassem provided really friendly support arriving and leaving the property. Great location in the centre of Vannes right near some great bars, restaurants and shops.
