About this house rental
Welcome to the Carriage House. Escape to this one-bedroom, one-bath getaway located minutes from Downtown Pensacola. The inground pool, patio, and grill make your stay worthwhile. A pull-out sofa bed is located in the living room, making this house comfortable for up to four guests. There is a full-size washer and dryer, kitchen, office space, handicap-accessible shower, and stand-alone tub.
The living room has a comfy pull-out sofa bed and recliners to relax and stream movies on the SmartTV. Free High-speed WiFi is available.
We provide linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets.
The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed with closet space to hang your clothes, a dresser, nightstands, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has accessibility features of walk-in shower, shower seat, and grab bars. The is also a large soaking tub.
There is a gravel driveway and on-street parking for parking that is first come, first served.
There are no steps into the house from the driveway to the doorway.

The Carriage House is a private residence, separate from the main home on the lot. The pool is exclusively for Carriage House guests and is not shared with the main house.
The Carriage House is located 8 minutes from Downtown Pensacola, 10 minutes from Pensacola International Airport, and 15 minutes from Pensacola Beach. The Carriage House is approximately 28 minutes and 13.1 miles to NAS Pensacola West Gate and about 44 minutes and 30 miles to NAS Whiting Field.
Remember to bring: At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect. We want you to feel at home, so bring what you need to enhance your experience and enjoy your time with us.

We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The neighborhood offers a pleasant vibe and is close enough to downtown that we were able to use the provided bicycles to ride downtown for the Mardi Gras parade. The bed is comfortable and the soaking tub a much appreciated feature. Lots of little touches throughout give this property charm! I would absolutely stay here again.

This adorable little cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean and felt like home. All of the amenities were provided, It was a little chilly so we didn't actually use the pool but it was clean the yard was so relaxing. We really enjoyed relaxing and sitting poolside. This cottage is centrally located to everything, the center of town, all restaurants , the beach, the airport is a few minutes away. It is located in a great neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place as well as come back again. Thank you Hometown Stays for making things so easy and comfortable!!

My family and I stayed here while vacationing in Pensacola. We loved the quiet neighborhood, distance to local restaurants, the private pool, and the friendly texts from the property owners to accommodate any needs we could have had while there. Can’t wait to come back and relax at the Carriage House again.
