This unbelievable 2,400+ square foot, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath waterfront house, is located off the lakes main channel near the 10 mile marker! Located in Sunrise Beach, you're close to lots of activities on the lake & quick land access to local restaurants and shops. Boasting sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests, there's plenty of room for you and your entire gang! This secluded, quiet, and private property is the perfect escape. This property is also in the same cove as Franky & Louie's!

Private parking is available in the driveway, but please note that the the turn radius to enter/exit the driveway is challenging and there is no additional turnaround space. This especially applies to oversized vehicles or vehicles in tow.
Pro tip: pull past the driveway and reverse down.
Parking on the entry road or at neighboring homes/properties is strictly prohibited. All vehicles (and associated trailers, boats, etc.) must be parked in the private driveway.
As always, we recommend locking your vehicle(s) and removing any valuable items to deter theft.
This home is accessible via stairs only and may not be suitable for those requiring special assistance.
To front entrance, down 4 steps. All bedrooms are on this level.
To living area, down an additional full flight of stairs.
To additional living space (bunk bed room), back up a full flight of stairs.
To lower deck and dock, down a small flight of stairs and ramp.

This was a 4th of July family trip.Pros: dock was really nice. Bunk room space was great for our group of teens. The bunk room was separated from the other bedrooms, which made it nice for parents who didn’t want to stay up all night. There are two refrigerators, which was really helpful for our large group. The Lilypad/fishing gear was appreciated. Cons: So Many. My main frustration, though, was lack of communication. I messaged the morning after we arrived and never got a response. I messaged the day we left and still have not been given a response. I am under the impression that this home is run by a property management company, so someone is getting paid to do the communicating.The street side stairs to front door desperately needs a hand rail. It was impossible for my 70 year-old mom to navigate the steps without someone holding her. Broken railing in the bunk room. The pots and pans are flaking off nonstick coating into food. They need to be replaced. Deck was a complete mess (dirty and broken chairs). Grill was really dirty (spent a ton of time cleaning just to use it). There was a dumpster full of Trash down hillside when we arrived .Only Two bulbs on deck string lights are working, all others burnt out. Not enough forks/spoons for our group & silverware was all dirty on arrival. This house is meant for 18 people and there were only 11 forks and three spoons. The carpet is disgusting. The Kitchen lazy Susan is broken. Stove takes forever. Not enough hot water.
