This unbelievable 2,400+ square foot, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath waterfront house, is located off the lakes main channel near the 10 mile marker! Located in Sunrise Beach, you're close to lots of activities on the lake & quick land access to local restaurants and shops. Boasting sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests, there's plenty of room for you and your entire gang! This secluded, quiet, and private property is the perfect escape. This property is also in the same cove as Franky & Louie's!

Private parking is available in the driveway, but please note that the the turn radius to enter/exit the driveway is challenging and there is no additional turnaround space. This especially applies to oversized vehicles or vehicles in tow.
Pro tip: pull past the driveway and reverse down.
Parking on the entry road or at neighboring homes/properties is strictly prohibited. All vehicles (and associated trailers, boats, etc.) must be parked in the private driveway.
As always, we recommend locking your vehicle(s) and removing any valuable items to deter theft.
This home is accessible via stairs only and may not be suitable for those requiring special assistance.
To front entrance, down 4 steps. All bedrooms are on this level.
To living area, down an additional full flight of stairs.
To additional living space (bunk bed room), back up a full flight of stairs.
To lower deck and dock, down a small flight of stairs and ramp.
