**PET FRIENDLY**
Kiran Terrace “A101” is one side of the Kiran Terrace Duplex found in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. This side of the duplex has 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms that will comfortably sleep up to 10 people. There is also a large community pool that is shared with all of the Kiran Terrace guests. Ideally located just across the street from the beach and a short walk away from the downtown area of Gulf Shores, Kiran Terrace is a great place to be! The Kiran Terrace Duplex is on East Beach Blvd and positioned directly behind Kiran Terrace Quadplex, all units are pet- friendly (additional fees apply). Book anywhere from one house to the entire duplex and quadplex, perfect for large family gatherings, retreats or sports tournaments!
About the Kiran Terrace Duplex and Quadplex
* Kiran Terrace Duplex A101 and A102 are two separate units that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. A101 & A102 each have 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 10 or 20 as a whole duplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.
*Kiran Terrace Quadplex B101, B102, B103 and B104 are four separate units that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. B101, B102, B103 and B104 each have 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 8 or 32 as a whole quadplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.
*Kiran Terrace Duplex and Quadplex can both be rented for a total of 22 bedrooms sleeping, 52 people.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

We had a wonderful time visiting Gulf Shores. Convenience was key! Walking distance to stores, beach, ice cream & more. So pleased & would definitely recommend. Very clean, quiet atmosphere.
