Things to Know
If you bring a dog, you are responsible for ensuring the dog does not get loose from the enclosed yard. Dogs are required to have a leash on when outside of the home. You will be responsible for disposing of dog waste or will be charged a $500 fee.

We loved this house! It was clean and convenient for multiple families to stay and enjoy a beach vacation together. The location was fantastic, it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and mini golf. Our only issue during the stay, was the lack of communication from Vacasa when we reported an electrical problem with the pool and were unsure if it was safe to use. Would have loved to give this place five stars, but the lack of communication concerning a safety hazard was disappointing.

Great location. Could walk to beach and restaurants. Beach had bathrooms so no need of walking back and fourth. House had a pool . Plenty of space.

The location of the home to the beach was great! The sun-room was nice for drinking your morning coffee. The fenced-in back yard was a plus for our dog EXCEPT that it was nothing but sand and weeds and so many burrs that our dog could not potty in the yard. I spent the first evening picking them out of my dog’s paws. The nearby restaurants were convenient but early trash pick-up was loud with all the trucks’ alarms and dumpster lids slamming. The inside was roomy enough for our group of 7, but there are many updates and just general deep-cleaning that could really make this home better. The carpets were badly stained and the shower faucets were loose making the cold water faucet unusable. I have never left a review for anything before, but because I picked this home for our family to vacation together, I was hoping for something a little nicer based on what we paid to stay there for 5 nights.
