We came to Oahu for my mom’s 75th birthday. There were 3 adult ladies and one 9 year old child. Location and view were wonderful, especially if you enjoy strolling the beach walk. The beds were amazing, so comfortable. It was very clean and easy to access with the door code. The only drawback for us was the lack lot of storage/place to unpack our clothes. There was a closet but it was not useable for storage. We would definitely stay here again and bring binoculars next time to watch the boats and surfers!

The unit was just as expected, very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the location since we were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to see. It was also convenient for picking up our car rental for a few days (Enterprise across the street). And the included garage parking pass was a great bonus.Also eating on the balcony with the beautiful view was something we really liked.Booking through Captain Cook Resorts was an easy procedure but once on site we did have a couple of issues and we felt the management team provided could have been more responsive in a more timely manner. Luckily one of the issues we resolved on our own and the other (fire alarm going off at 5AM) was taken care of by the hotel.All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit.

Condos are nothing more than a hotel room with a studio kitchen. Filthy stains on sheets on one bed. Called property manager 5 times over 4 days with no response.
