Great location, fantastic views, clean unit. We were 3, 1 couple and a teenager and the unit was a perfect size for us. Easy walk to the beach, lagoon, Waikiki and Ala Moana Center.

The iconic Ilikai Suites are located at the gateway to Waikiki. Remodeled, Tastefully Furnished & Appointed. Security included. WIFI included.
Friday evenings include free fireworks display with Hawaiian live music and hula dancing on the resort's lanai.
Our Waikiki, Oahu condos at Waikiki beach offer the oceanfront rental experience. You can walk to the beach without crossing the street in under 5 minutes. These Hawaii condos provide a affordable alternative to hotels for Hawaiian tourism.

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.

When we arrived, the code didn’t work. Fortunately someone was on site to fix quickly. Great location and price was a good value. Parking at ilikai marina was easy. The room is fine. The bed is okay, not the best or worst. The kitchen was totally adequate for my family. The ac leaked several times . Plenty of towels. Only 3 coffee filters - such a small thing to cheap out on. No surfboard as shown in photo. I was also charged twice before our arrival which was fixed but still really annoying. Overall, adequate budget stay.

The location of the property and the view can’t be beat ! You’re also located on the quieter side of the beach .All the amenities are in the property and in great working order .Highly recommended, would stay again !

This location was everything that we had hoped for and wanted. Great location and views.Will be staying there in 5 years or so!

This unit would be great, but has not been kept up. The AC was leaking and had to be repaired twice while we were here. The couch is old and smells bad. The dishwasher was not working and could not be fixed.
