This newly built apartment, situated across 2 floors, has been designed to a very high standard by a local designer. This is to include designer modern furniture & wall art, alongside a High End Kitchen, to include a Dishwasher & washer dryer. Wind down with all the essentials you'd need for a perfect night in, cutlery alongside all kitchen essentials are provided if you'd like to enjoy a beautiful home cooked meal.
The bathroom is a luxurious marble haven and equipped with fresh soft towels and toiletries. The bedrooms compliments with a large bed, to compliment the large loft ceilings and custom fit-out. Several choices of pillow. Duvets and blankets provided with fresh sheets and bedding.
The kitchen area is well equipped with all brand new built in appliances. there is a kettle, toaster and microwave to of course, alongside all the cutlery you may require.
The living area consists of a comfortable designer sofa, a smart 4k flat screen TV with free view and Netflix. Super fast Internet is available free throughout the property.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, situated across 2 floors.
Other things to note
Check-in time is usually after 3pm and Check-out time is usually before 11am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
Please note that you'll be charged £150 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
